[Frostbolt Volley]ω ϖ—Inflicts 226 to 240 Frost damage to nearby enemies, reducing their movement speed by 50% for 8 sec.- [Frost Nova]ω ϖ—Blasts enemies near the caster for 33 to 37 Frost damage and freezes them in place for up to 8 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.
