Al'tabim the All-Seeing is a level 60 quest giver located on Yojamba Isle in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. He is a member of the Zandalar Tribe. Mages, Priests and Warlocks can turn in Paragons of Power to Al'tabim in exchange for special armor made by the tribe.
