Alliance–Horde War (Mists)

The Alliance-Horde War in Mists of Pandaria will be possibly the last war between the Horde and the Alliance, but between three armies: Garrosh' Horde, Thrall's followers, and the Alliance.

Beginning

After the fall of Deathwing, peace came to Azeroth. But after a time Garrosh had invaded Theramore. The Horde won the battle with the Manabomb, which killed Rhonin, the 7th Legion, and nearly every men and women in the city. After an attempt on the life Vol'jin and the wounding of Taran Zhu, all the other factions of the Horde turned against Garrosh, and with the aid of the forces of the Alliance, defeated him during the Siege of Orgrimmar, effectively ending the war in Pandaria. For his actions, Vol'jin was awarded the title of "Warchief of the Horde" by Thrall.
