Arch Druid Lilliandra is a level 80 elite night elf druid. She can be found in the Infirmary of the Argent Vanguard in Icecrown
She is involved in the saving Crusader Bridenbrad quest chain by opening a portal to send the players to Keeper Remulos in The Keeper's Favor and the player is sent back to her and the rest of the Argent Vanguard at the end of The Boon of Remulos. She might not open the portal right away. Wait a few seconds and it will appear.
