• Artifact Power

Artifact Power is the resource used to unlock additional abilities (active traits) and features (passive traits) within a player's artifact weapon, introduced in World of Warcraft: Legion. It also acts as a currency for upgrading existing abilities and features. Installing artifact relics will also cost a fixed amount of power.

Earning

Earning Artifact Power can be done a variety of ways:

• Dungeon & Raid bosses
• Quest bosses
• Rare mobs
• Uncommon and Rare drops
• Winning battlegrounds
• Arena victories

• For some reason, as of Patch 7.0.3, no quests reward Artifact Power.
