Azsuna is one of the regions within the Broken Isles, located in the southwest between the Broken Shore and Val'sharah. It contains the ghosts of ancient night elves and is home to the Nightfallen. Queen Azshara is encountered here, attempting to locate one of the Pillars of Creation. Standing in her way are the remnants of the Blue dragonflight, seeking the large pockets and pools of ley energies that dot the land.

Azsuna was hit especially hard by the events leading up to the Sundering, and what appears to be an idyllic isle soon gives way to the reality of a haunted, cursed land. Night elven civilization in Azsuna was simply annihilated by Queen Azshara herself in a single, colossal display of power.
