Barkeep Kelly is a level 40 drink vendor located in Southshore in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills. He is also present in the Old Hillsbrad Foothills instance of Caverns of Time, selling the same goods as he does in the present, with one notable exception; Rumsey Rum Black Label. He has also changed his hair considerably between the two times.
He may be related to Erin Kelly.
