Baron Silverlaine is an elite ghost boss found in Shadowfang Keep. He is the second boss of the instance.

Tactics summary

• Heroic: Tank the adds. They can be burned down to keep things simple, or just tanked. Dispel Cursed Veil off the tank if possible.

Background

Silverlaine was the former lord of Shadowfang Keep, but was killed when Archmage Arugal and his worgen took over the keep for their own sinister plans. He now haunts the dining room with some of his servants, even though Arugal has long since been removed from the Keep, now overrun with undead.

•   [Veil of Shadow]^ω ϖ—Reduces healing effects for an enemy by 75% for 15 sec.

• During the fight at ~50% and ~25% HP he will summon a random worgen spirit:

  • Razorclaw the Butcher

  • Odo the Blindwatcher
