The Bash'ir are part of the Ethereum and can be found in Bash'ir Landing, Blade's Edge Mountains. They are guarding the prisons up there and smuggle  [Mana Cells] from Tempest Keep to the Sunwell for Kael'thas Sunstrider.

Trivia

• The name may have been influenced by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Julian Bashir is the name of the Chief Medical Officer on the show.
• Ethereal names (such as "Bashir" and "Shaffar") are borrowings from, or alterations of, Arabic names. This is a reference to pre-Islamic Arabia, which was organised into oasis city-states ruled by trade princes or powerful merchant families.
