Controversy[]

Questionmark-medium This section's content needs citations, references, or sources.
  • Players have complained about the delay (up to 3 days) in the ability to use the money registered to their account right away.
  • Other players have complained about being taxed twice (once on purchase of gift card and again when spending balance). Some players have pointed out it is illegal to charge sales tax on gift cards in several states, but the laws apparently are poorly enforced or flagrantly violated.
