Belgaristrasz is a level 80 quest giver located in The Oculus. He appears as a human but is actually a red dragon in mortal guise. He is a prisoner of the Blue dragonflight, along with Verdisa and Eternos. Once freed he allows players to ride drakes of the red dragonflight into battle against Varos Cloudstrider, Mage-Lord Urom, and Ley-Guardian Eregos.

His name may be a reference to the Belgariad books, in which two of the main characters, and the book itself, have Belgar in the starting of their name.
