• Patch 7.0.3 (19-Jul-2016): Black Arrow and Lock and Load moved to Marksmanship-specific talents.
  
• Patch 6.1.0 (24-Feb-2015): Black Arrow now has a cooldown of 24 seconds (down from 30 seconds).
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (14-October-2014): Black Arrow’s cooldown is reset if it is dispelled.
  
• Patch 5.2.0 (5-Mar-2013): Black Arrow now deals 10% more damage.
  
• Patch 4.3.2 (31-Jan-2012): Black Arrow now ticks every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, as opposed to every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. The total damage dealt by the ability is unchanged.
