Zen Master Blacksmithing was introduced in Mists of Pandaria and increased the skill cap to 600. Zen Master Blacksmithng requires at least level 80 and skill level 500 to learn. A large number of new recipes were added which are found from a number of sources.

Draenor Master Blacksmithing was introduced in Warlords of Draenor and increased the skill cap to 700. Draenor Master Blacksmithng requires at least level 90 and skill level 600 to learn. A several new recipes were added which are found from a limited number of sources. Unlike previous expansions aspiring Draenor Master blacksmiths will have to get a Draenor profession book for blacksmithing ([Draenor Blacksmithing]) to start advancing.
