Blackwood Den
Blackwood Den is located in the far southern area of Darkshore, near the border with Ashenvale. It is comprised of a few corrupted furbolg camps and a small cave. Inside the cave sits a lone night elf named Volcor who awaits rescue. Talking to someone in Auberdine may be prudent to get the item needed to help Volcor out of his predicament.

For a time during the War of the Thorns, the Horde held the Vale in their push toward Teldrassil, killing the furbolg leaders and erecting their war machines. The Alliance helped to rescue a number of the inhabitants.
