This item is a reward from the Alliance quest Overlord which starts with Force Commander Danath Trollbane in Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula and the Horde quest Cruel's Intentions which starts with Nazgrel in Thrallmar in Hellfire Peninsula. To complete the quest, you must kill Arazzius the Cruel.
