New Start
Hello all,
I have decided to get back into World of Warcraft. I am currently playing of Area 52 (US) - Horde. I plan on maining a hunter and I hope to hit 120 in a few months. One of my long term goals is to get lore master.
Notes
Hungaro's signature spell: Disintegrate
Hungaro's father died to a spell that disintegrated the body. In an attempt to recreate this spell, he slowly started to improve the technique, eventualy to its final form, the Disintegrate. "For that spell to kill my father, it means it is one of the most powerful spells of all times! That's why I had to recreate it."
The Disintegrate is his finisher, this powerful spell is the conjuration of a limited-length beam of pure arcane energy that pierces through enemies. Sometimes it makes a body to explode in the same instant. Killed enemies are disintegrated, leaving no corpse.

Khaduceus, Greatstaff of Viola
Khaduceus, Greatstaff of Viola
When Archmage Viola (Hungaro's father) was young, was on his way to find herbs for his magic potions around a lagoon using a small hand made canoe. But in that day, the currents became very aggressive and hard to handle. The flood increased the water levels in such a way that he clung to a treetop trunk. He held it for some time and, eventually, the trunk broke when the flow was decreasing. It saved his life, the young mage felt a strong magical connection to that piece of wood, from that frame, Khaduceus was created.
When Hungaro won his first arena tournament, Archmage Viola passed Khaduceus to him as a gift. Hungaro reshaped the whole Greatstaff, adding the format of a sheep head on top. This iconic staff r…
Kharnac, the legendary chamber.
Kharnac
The Legendary Chamber
Kharnac (a.k.a. Tomb of Viola or Viola's Chamber) is an underground place located on a nexus of ley lines in the Deathknell Graves. Built by Archmage Viola, the chamber is known by only the most trusted of the Viola family. The chamber acted a siphon for ley lines Viola family could gain power from if needed. They would also used the chamber as a refuge, utilizing the nexus for magical purposes, creation of wells, violent practice of combat in the Arena Hall, study of the ley lines and other researches. After his father's death, Hungaro sealed the secrete passage by building a tomb for his father on top of it with protective enchantments to prevent intruders. The remains of his father were buried by him there, …

I'm new here!
Hey all, I hope you like my first wiki and now first blog post! I'll keep it short, but I spent quite a bit of time making the Thaldar Rythguard page. This is my character Thaldar on the MoonGuard server. Essentially his TRP3 was getting way too big so I thought I'd make a wiki to cut it down, while also adding to the depth of my character right here on wowwiki! I hope I've done a decent job, I'm pretty happy with it but let me know how else I could improve.
A massive thanks for taking the time to read! Cheers

Draenei in WoWhead Model Viewer is broken (RIP WoWHead Draenei Race, sf)
As i was wanting to look at the Draenei characters on WoWHead.
Suddenly... it's having problems with the model viewer not showing the male or female Draenei characters.
It is this:
http://www.wowhead.com/npc=84542/yrel#modelviewer:10+0
I'm so sad and worried about it. :'(
RIP: WoWHead Draenei Race (Model Viewer for Draenei is broken).
Hope they'll be fixing it next year or 2019 i think.
I dunno. It's starting to get really frustrating here.
Excuse Me? Where is the Old WoW Doom Guard Models
When i was on WoWHead. I clicked the whole View in 3D for the Doom Guard NPCs, and it shows the WoD/Legion Doom Guard Models instead of the Old Doom Guard Models.
It is dedicated to this: http://i.imgur.com/4B89QDe.png
I'm a bit confused and upset for this.
EDIT: This is why we can't have NICE things here anymore because the old WoW Doom Guard models are gone. :(

A Third Faction
It takes two to fight, and in WoW, we have the Alliance and the Horde, always in conflict, any sense of peace is brief or tenuous, too many wrongs done by and to both sides, too many grudges, the list goes on.
But what if... there was a third faction?
A faction that is composed of individuals from any of the races that no longer want to be a part of the conflict between the Alliance and the Horde, a faction that is neutral. They will not get involved and they will only fight in self-defense if they are directly threatened or attacked.
A good named for such a faction would be... the Circle.
Simple, unassuming, and may not sound very impressive but there's mot to it than that.
Like the actual shape, the Circle has no sides... except those on the in…

World of Warcraft: Into the Deep
N'zoth, trapped deep underwater, has captured the attention of Queen Azshara. N'zoth had told Azshara that that if she and her naga were to free him from his prison, that he would assist her on a full-scale invasion to reclaim Azeroth. Like most Old God deals, N'zoth was just using Azshara as a puppet so he could take control of the world. Naga are now everywhere, brutally murdering everybody in their path in the efforts to please their Queen.
New Race: Naga
A band of clever Naga had refused to follow their Queen's orders knowing that it was all N'zoth's plan to take over the world. In efforts to defeat N'zoth and restore peace to the world, some Naga joined the Horde and others, the Alliance.
Naga Racial: Nagas can go incredibly fast …
Fandom, Warcraft, and WoWWiki
Wikia's big new thing is Fandom, we get it. However, it seems very random, often poorly edited, and unaccountable, so far. I didn't really care what was going on with fandom for the most part. Some of it was good, lots of it was bad, but it mostly wasn't annoying... until this: The Myths that Forged ‘WarCraft’ (By: George Botsov June 1, 2016). This fandom article really annoyed me. It wasn't good, it had like 4 full links to WoWWiki (some of them to redirects), and I fear it will cause people to associate this article with WoWWiki.
I don't know who George Botsov is, but he is probably a good person and a fan of the Warcraft universe. He may even be a regular WoWWiki user. However, he should have let someone in the WoWWiki community review h…
Why we switched over to new style forums
This blog is to briefly explain why I made the switch to new-style forums. You can be one of the the first to post at Special:Forum.
You probably don't remember or didn't see, but I posted a blog back in October 2015 requesting feedback for switching over to Message Walls and New-Style Forums. Clearly, very few people read it and I only got two comments and both were concerned about talk pages vs. Message Walls. So, neither topic is apparently important to most users. This change assumes no one feels too strongly about forums.
So, why did I make the change without more followup feedback?
- No one gave feedback against making a forum change.
- Forum activity has been extremely low.
- New-style forums are better supported by Wikia.
- New-style forums are m…
Twinking Guide for 20-29 bgs.
Thinking of playing the Level 20-29 BGs but don't know where to start? This guide will (attempt) to help you.
First you must know the 20-29 bgs is a twink bracket and a harsh one too. If you do not have adequate gear, you will be flattened in matter of seconds. I highly advice to do some Dungeons and have a piece of Uncommon or Rare gear on each slot.
Secondly, you must be between or at Level 20 to 29 to join. If you are a pure Starter Account or if your account is expired and don't plan to add game time, all you need is a Level 20 character. For everyone else who has an active subscription, you must lock your level at 29 or otherwise you level out of the bracket.

Legion Alpha: Paladin, Priest, and Rogue Order Halls
Our next trio of Order Halls includes the righteous paladins, the holy priests (unless you're of the shadowy persuasion), and the always dubious rogues. Each has a small surprise in store for their respective classes, all oddly enough involving people we thought were dead.
Kick back, relax, and sip some Noggenfogger Elixir while you read!
Ever since the fight with the Lich King that liberated the Knights of the Ebon Blade, people have wondered what lies beneath Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands. Now, paladins get to make the chambers beneath their order hall - and as far as most of the halls go, this one appears to be the most fleshed out in regards to both NPCs and architecture. Perhaps the grandest portion of all is the Hall o…
Legion Alpha: Hunter, Mage, and Monk Order Halls
World of Warcraft: Legion alpha is once again back in full swing! We hope everyone had a great Christmas and wonderful New Year while it (and we) went on a bit of hiatus.
When last we met, we delved into death knight, demon hunter, and druid order halls. This time around we've moved down the list to our next three classes: hunters, magi, and monks. Their Order Halls are fairly unique though, as always, everything is still under construction. Let's just hope the hunters don't have to sink through the floor of their main lodge in the future.
Hunters, the stalwart trackers and lovers of nature, have their very own perch way up in Highmountain, fittingly called Trueshot Lodge. This snowy area is dotted with giant pine trees and tall wooden towers…

Legion Alpha: DK, DH, and Druid Order Halls
Order Halls (or class halls) in case you weren't aware, are where the heroes from both factions set up a base of operations for their class in order to fight the Burning Legion - you know, because the Alliance and Horde have, of course, put aside their differ... oh, never mind.
Here players can perform a multitude of tasks, including augmenting their artifact weapon and interacting with heroes from all over the world. They can discover new quests to embark upon based on what their followers report, or even voyage to new areas as-yet undiscovered.
Today we showcase the first three we've had the opportunity to delve into. Most classes establish their Order Hall upon the culmination of, or in the middle of, acquiring their artifact weapon.

Legion alpha: Vault of the Wardens
The Vault of the Wardens is the prison where the Wardens hold their most powerful prisoners. Illidan Stormrage is held here, along with a myriad assortment of demons both fel and powerful. The Illidari, due to their very nature, are held within their own wing, but an assault by the Burning Legion throws the Wardens into chaos, and none other than Maiev Shadowsong is forced to turn to those she despises the most to drive the demons away. Demon hunters awaken here after having secured the Sargerite Keystone in Mardum; it was to be a victorious return to the Black Temple, but the Wardens captured them, and now they have been slumbering for a decade...
For a complete look at all the quests within the Vault of the Wardens, please see this list. W…
Legion alpha: Mardum
Mardum is the Burning Legion world the Illidari invade in their bid to capture the Sargerite Keystone, the key that will allow them to infiltrate other Legion worlds. The demon hunter forces are small, but they manage to power several demonic gateways to bring in notable allies to aid in the effort: the Ashtongue Deathsworn, Coilskar naga, and the shivarra. The fighting is intense, but the combined might of the Illidari manages to push through to the floating Fel Hammer to defeat Brood Queen Tyranna and snatch the keystone. Triumphant, they step through the portal to the Black Temple, ready to continue on the next part of their quest against the Legion at Illidan's side... of course, that's a story for another day.
For a complete look at all…
Legion Alpha: Dalaran
It's probably no secret by now that the great city of Dalaran moves to the Broken Isles in World of Warcraft: Legion, hovering right above the Broken Shore. We took some time today to scamper around the in-progress city, grabbing screenshots of pretty much every place there was - and boy, is there a lot! There were a few things that caught our eye:
- The center of the city is now taken up by Aegwynn's Tower. This structure is largely incomplete, with only grey, unfinished surfaces. Inside, though, is a portal that leads to the Portrait Room, the lower level of which houses portals to some notable areas: Caverns of Time, Shattrath, Wyrmrest Temple, Dalaran Crater, and Karazhan. From what we know of some of the artifact weapon quest lines, these…
How strong are These Guys?
Hello, I am just starting out on this Wikia but I have been a fan of Warcraft for many years now.
This blog is about talking about characters from Warcraft and how strong they are, to compare them strength-wise to other characters from other series.
- Deathwing = Juubi
- Lich King = Aizen
- Illidan = Madara
- Kil'Jaeden = Frieza (Namek Saga)
- Garrosh = Hades (Fairy Tail)
- Mannoroth = Nappa
- Archimonde = Vegeta (Saiyan Saga)
- Tichondrius = Raditz
That is all for now. What are yours?
BlizzCon 2015 in Pictures
As we sit in the dim twilight of BlizzCon 2015, now several weeks past, we pause and take a moment to reflect on our experience in a series of pictures. Please take a moment and look through them at your heart's content - we hope to return next year!
We hope you enjoyed the trip along memory lane . We leave you with the following - a pic of Warcraft band Songhammer and ETC talking, probably trading music tips.
BlizzCon 2015 Day 2 evolving blog
- See BlizzCon 2015 Day 1 evolving blog for day 1.
Hello WoWWikians, this is the evolving day 2 blog for BlizzCon 2015!
Raylan13 and I will be covering BlizzCon for Wikia and WoWWiki. As is usually the case, I will be focusing on Warcraft universe stuff and Raylan13 will be be bouncing around covering as much Blizzard stuff as he can with more focus possibly on non-Warcraft stuff and cool things like contests.
Like for day 1, this an "evolving" blog, so I will try to add short summaries of things we see as the day goes on, but since I don't know when I'll have access to update it, I can't predict when this will happen... but it will happen.
Today the main focus will be Legion updates and various answers and feedback from the World of Warcraft Desig…
Warcraft Movie Panel
Today we got a chance to (re)watch the awesome Warcraft trailer above and then were ushered into a private function with the director (Duncan Jones) and cast, hosted by Chris Hardwick (who is quick to say he doesn't know if Glenn is dead...). The trailer seemed far too short - only because we wanted more - but did a fabulous job showcasing what we could expect once the movie was released next summer.
The first was the sheer epic feel of what we've experienced over the years. Thankfully Duncan Jones himself is a Warcraft fan and presented the idea of making the movie as something that wasn't clearly good vs. evil and could be relatable to people who haven't touched Warcraft at all. He also wanted to be true to the feel and scope of the worl…

Planning to switch to new-style Forums and Message Walls
New-style Forums are accessed by Special:Forum (the link will be red until we enable them) and have a nice large-sized threaded layout with a mini-left-sidebar on each post with the avatar of the user who posted that links to their message wall (which I'll cover next). You can also give kudos (similar to Facebook Likes), if you think a post is particularly good. If you've ever used the Community Central forums, then you know how they work. If not, you can read more about them at Help:Forum.
Message Walls are a replacement for user talk pages that have a similar style and working to new-style Forums. Since the new-style Forums usually link to Message Walls instead of user talk pages, they sort of go together. I like Message Walls less than user …
