Bread of the Dead is a Day of the Dead seasonal item prepared from a recipe sold by Chapman, [Recipe: Bread of the Dead], and is the requirement for The Grateful Dead.
Unlike most cooking items which make do with any source of heat, players are required to use the Ghostly Cooking Fires which are found at capital city graveyards near Catrina and Chapman — although only during Day of the Dead, a valuable balance factor for a percentage based food item with such common ingredients.
