[70, 38]is the leader of the Burning Legion forces upon Mardum. She guides her armies from her floating bastion, the Fel Hammer, where she also guards the Sargerite Keystone. As demon hunters push their way through her territory, she taunts them from her citadel.

- Squaring off against Tyranna can be a difficult task, as she will summon packs of small, low-health spiders to attack players. Additionally, it seems the NPC demon hunters turn and attack players (though this may be a bug). Players can run along the outer perimeter if low on health, keeping ahead of her while killing her minions in order to heal.
