Brother Crowley is a level 44 quest giver located in the Cathedral of Light in Cathedral Square, in the human city of Stormwind. He is affiliated with the Scarlet Crusade.
Brother Crowley appears to be a priest on a pilgrimage. He instructs adventurers of the Alliance to seek out his colleague Brother Anton in Nijel's Point, Desolace, to be of further service to the Scarlet Crusade.
Brother Crowley, despite nominally belonging to the Scarlet Crusade, is (like Brother Anton and Raleigh the Devout) of the Stormwind faction and has diplomatic immunity.

- Brother Crowley may be named after the famous 20th-Century occultist Aleister Crowley. Brother Crowley sends you to Brother Anton: Anton LaVey was the American founder of the Church of Satan, and was influenced by Aleister Crowley.
- Though clearly unlikely to be a relative, Darius Crowley also shares his surname, perhaps pointing a Gilnean connection in his lineage, although this is purely theoretical. Darius Crowley was also introduced to the Warcraft storyline only recently in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, making a relative connection even less likely.
