Carrion Grubs are neutral carrion grubs found in the Eastern Plaguelands.
They rarely drop the once highly prized crafting ingredient, 
[Larval Acid].
Tirion Fordring notes that these creatures are unaffected by the plague, and that the bland meat of these worms can be preserved for months. He asks adventurers to find several 
[Slab of Carrion Worm Meat] for him.
