Cenarion Hold is a location of utmost strategic importance in Silithus. The Cenarion Circle has taken over the duty of defending the ancient night elven settlement against the increasingly hostile and aggressive Silithid and other forces that have set foot in this troubled region recently.
It was introduced in Patch 1.8.
The town can be reached either by Gryphon or Wyvern from Gadgetzan. If you don't know the flightpath yet, it can only be reached by travelling to the north-western corner of the Un'Goro Crater, where a wide path extends out of the crater and into Silithus. The merchants of Cenarion Hold gladly sell their goods to any adventurer who passes through since business is hard to come by in these trying times.
See Cenarion Circle for information on summoning the Dukes and Lords who drop rare and epic items.
Cenarion Hold's leader is Commander Mar'alith.
