This item drops from Halion in the Heroic 25-man version of the Ruby Sanctum.

Notes

• This is the best Caster DPS Trinket, providing an incredible amount of Haste (~5%) and a high amount of Spell Power on Proc which lasts for 15 Seconds.
  • However, if you are not going for Haste, you should probably choose [Phylactery of The Nameless Lich], which will provide Critical Strike instead and about 400 more Spell Power on Proc lasting 5 more seconds too.
