Chef Jessen is a level 35 meat vendor located in Southshore in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills.
He starts the quest 
[31] Soothing Turtle Bisque (Alliance) (Cooking).
Chef Jessen <Speciality Meat & Slop> once made special slop, back before the plague hit. He no longer makes it (perhaps he forgot the recipe) and has since lost his title, along with his hair. He also doesn't seem to like excessive noise when he is working.

With the destruction of Southshore by Forsaken plague bombing in Cataclysm, Jessen's fate is unclear.
