The Circle of Wills
Circle of Wills the main section of the Underbelly in Dalaran. It houses the arena organizer as well as a few dueling circles.

- Circle of Wills may be a reference to the Circle of Willis, a network of arteries that provide blood to the brain.
- There is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reference near one of the sewer pipes in the form of a Level 80 Dalaran Sewer Rat and four Level 1 Dalaran Sewer Turtles.
