Cliffwatcher Longhorn was a level 55 quest giver located in Freewind Post in the contested territory of Thousand Needles. His brother is Nataka Longhorn.
Judging by his name, nonstandard headgear and armor, and quests, he appears to be the Brave in charge of Freewind.
Before Cataclysm he started the following quests:
[25] Pacify the Centaur.- [25] Grimtotem Spying.
- [25] Family Tree.
He ended the following quest:

During the Quest 
[43] Horn of the Traitor it is reaveled that Longhorn was allways the spy of the Grimtotem, and druing the battle at Freewind Post, he also took part in the attack by killing Montarr and Innkeeper Abeqwa.
It is unknown if his brother became aware of his treachery.
