Crazed Leper Gnomes are the unfortunate survivors of the radiation permeating Gnomeregan. Though they live, they have completely lost their minds, attacking their healthy brethren on sight. Nevin Twistwrench tasks players with clearing them out so additional healthy survivors can make it to the surface.
