Dark Keeper Pelver can be found in Blackrock Depths . He is one of six possible Keepers which spawn after a party member looks at the portrait in the Black Vault anteroom. He drops the Dark Keeper Key which is needed to open the Dark Coffer in the Black Vault. Pelver appears inside the Domicile on its upper level.

- Frostbolt - Inflicts 143 to 193 Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
- Frost Armor - Encases the caster in a layer of frost that lasts 30 min. The thick ice increases armor by 12, slows melee attackers' movement, and increases the time between their attacks.
