- The proc chance is 35%.
- Before patch 3.0.8 this trinket gave haste rating instead of critical strike rating.
- Upgraded by patch 3.1 to do more damage, prior to this it did 744 to 956. Internal cooldown may also have been reduced from 45s to 30s.
