The Deadskull Shield is a quest reward from the Horde quest Battle of Hillsbrad (7) which starts with High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill in the Hillsbrad Foothills.

This quest is obtainable for 19 Twinks. This shield has the highest Stam for the bracket on a shield, but it has lower armor and block then Arctic Buckler, which is also obtainable for 19 twinks. This shield can not receive TBC (Item level 35+) enchants, it can get Formula: Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina.
