Death's Embrace is a Warlock talent in the Affliction tree that boosts the power of Drain Life when the Warlock is close to death and boosts the power of all the Warlock's Shadow spells when his target is close to death. It is akin to the Mage talent Molten Fury.
This talent was introduced in Patch 3.0.2.

Tips and tactics
Save cooldowns such as Destruction Potions and damage trinkets for the 35%-and-under phase of the fight instead of using them shortly before, because the 12% damage increase exponentially interacts with them and increases DPS by a large margin when properly managed.
This is a prime distinguishing factor of the experienced and conscious raiding Warlock.
