Delmanis the Hated is a level 17 satyr found in Darkshore. He is a follower of Athrikus Narassin of the Cult of the Dark Strand.
He patrols around the base of operations of the Cult, the Tower of Althalaxx in Darkshore. Most probably he is a leading figure in the satyr that are allied with Athrikus, as he is the only one of his kind allowed in the Dark Strand encampment.
