Devilsaur Tooth is a quest reward from the quest The Green Drake which starts with Ogtinc in Azshara. To complete the quest, you must turn the following item to Ogtinc:

- This is one of three Sunken Temple Rewards the player can choose from. The other two choices are [Devilsaur Eye] and [Hunting Spear].
- The effect was broken in patch 2.0.3. It no longer has any effect on the pet's chance to accomplish a critical hit. Unless this issue is resolved in a future patch, players should select one of the other two Sunken Temple Rewards.
