Dorn Plainstalker is a level 29 quest giver located in the Weathered Nook in the contested territory of Thousand Needles.
Head north from Freewind Post until you reach the cliffs overlooking the needles. Follow the cliffs east until you come to a ramp leading up. This area is known as the Weathered Nook. Head up the ramp — in a small cave at the top you will find Dorn Plainstalker.(53, 42)
