The Dragonmaw Envoy is a Dragonmaw Clan orc who is a battleground recruiter for Twin Peaks. It can be found in all four major capitol cities. It only spawns in during the Call to Arms: Twin Peaks holiday.
It is speculated that the Envoy also acts as a Dragonmaw representative within the Horde, but this is unlikely since it does not stay within the city for very long and would not need to be present in all four capitol cities.

- There seems to be a glitch where the Dragonmaw's neck model is replaced with a human's. This is both unintentional and humorous.
