Drustvar hags are creatures that can be found in the region of Drustvar, in the island of Kul Tiras. They are a type of banshee, the ascended spirits of the witches of the Heartsbane Coven. When a witch grows powerful enough they slit their own throats to ascend.[1] They are able to create and control armies of wickermen like Sister Noella Briarwood did with her army of Briarwood.

Notes & trivia[]

  • They might have been inspired by the sea hags that had concept art drawn for Cataclysm but were never implemented.
