Notes

• While this is primarily a PvP talent, the improved slow effect on Earth Shock (to a total of 20%) may be useful in a raid where no Death Knight has Improved Icy Touch and no Warrior has Improved Thunder Clap.
• Does not affect root effects such as Entangling Roots.
• Does not work on a Hunter's Frost Trap.

Patch changes

•  > Hotfix (2009-04-17): "Earthen Power will now properly be applied on the first pulse of an Earthbind Totem."
