Notes

Pre-expansion, this was required for skinning The Beast as well as other skinnable creatures over level 60. In combination with  [Finkle's Skinner] or  [Zulian Slicer] you will be able to skin anything up to level 63 or up to level 65 if both are wielded at the same time (no level 65 mobs currently exist; the highest skinning skill needed to skin anything pre-expansion is 315).
