For those who had the old types of vellums, they have been converted to Inv scroll 07 [Ruined Vellum] that can be converted to Enchanting Vellum.

Notes[]

  • Some ring enchants (or any enchanter-only enchants) cannot be used on Enchanting Vellum, because they cause the target item to become soulbound.

Patch 4.0.1 (12-Oct-2010): Armor Vellum converted to Enchanting Vellum and all others converted to Ruined Vellum; another version added for unknown reason.
