For those who had the old types of vellums, they have been converted to 
[Ruined Vellum] that can be converted to Enchanting Vellum.
Notes[]
- Some ring enchants (or any enchanter-only enchants) cannot be used on Enchanting Vellum, because they cause the target item to become soulbound.
