Exarch Naielle is a female Draenei who holds the position of <Rangari Prime> on the Council of Exarchs. Her position puts her in charge of the Rangari forces, which is fitting considering she strongly believes in exploring and understanding Draenor, taking a proactive approach in influencing world events. Until recently, she reported directly to Velen, who oversaw all members of the council.
