Exarch Nasuun is a level 70 elite draenei quest giver located in the Terrace of Light of Shattrath City once players have retaken the Sun's Reach Sanctum of the Isle of Quel'Danas. He also gives a status report regarding the portal to the Isle of Quel'Danas, which is being channeled into existence by the Shattered Sun Channelers behind him. Much like retaking the Sanctum, players completing his daily quest will speed the process along.
