The Eye of the Vortex is a small hill where Malfurion Stormrage controls the wind. Not much action occurs here. In the middle of the vortex; several yards above the spot where Malfurion Stormrage is found, a Twilight Portal can be seen surrounded by a group of Twilight Riders (men atop Twilight dragonflightdrakes. ).
