Lieutenant Farren Orinelle is a level 25 quest giver located in Southshore in the Hillsbrad Foothills. He was transferred from Stormwind to Southshore, something he is not especially pleased about, and has been taked by Marshal Redpath to take care of the murlocs in the area. Unfortunately, he seems too busy spending his time in the inn, so sends the player to do his job for him.
