Fe-Feng Hozen are one of the first hostile mobs players encounter within the Wandering Isle. They can be found with their hozen brethren looting the supplies from Wu-Song Village

They have an especially annoying ability that allows them to leap atop the heads of their targets. Once they unlatch, they do so behind their enemies.
