Feegly the Exiled is a level 23 quest giver located on a ridge above Bael Modan in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens. Although he is a dwarf, he is friendly to Horde and unfriendly to Alliance.
He starts the quest 
[30] The Tear of the Moons. After completing this quest, he will say:
- Feegly the Exiled says: The power of the Tear of the Moons is mine! Mine I say!
- Feegly the Exiled begins to rub the Tear of the Moons
- Feegly the Exiled says: Power! Glorious power!
- The Tear of the Moons begins to make strange grunting noises. The Tear of the Moons drops to the ground and shatters.
Then he'll turn into a trogg and die shortly after.
Cataclysm[]

In Cataclysm, Feegly will be targeted in a new Alliance quest which explains his hostile reaction.[1]
