Fel Iron Deposits are by far most commonly found in Hellfire Peninsula. They are also fairly commonly found in Zangarmarsh, Terokkar Forest, and Nagrand.

Fel Iron Ores can also be found by fishing Heavy Supply Crate in Zangarmarsh amd quillddarra
