Felstone Field located in Western Plaguelands.
Felstone Field is located in northwestern Western Plaguelands. Originally the area was a life-sustaining farm, but it has since been overrun by the vile Scourge. In their quest to destroy the living, they have placed a large cauldron in the middle of the field which constantly spews disease-filled vapors into the air. The cauldron itself is protected by Cauldron Lord Bilemaw, Skeletal Sorcerers, Skeletal Flayers and Slavering Ghouls.
A Scarlet Crusader party has also been detected in Felstone and will destroy both players and Scourge with equal vengeance.
Inside the house in the north eastern corner of the field is a friendly NPC, Janice Felstone, who offers a quest.

In the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Felstone Field has been cleansed of the Scourge and rebuilt. It is now populated by Alliance Laborers.

During the Better Late Than Never quest chain, Horde players are told by Jeremiah Payson that he received the deed to Felstone Field from his sister, Janice Felstone. Alliance players are told by Ol' Emma that she received the deed to the field from her sister, Janice Felstone. Whether there are in fact two deeds to Felstone Field or whether there is some other confusion is unclear.
