Fiery Plate Gauntlets' is an objective of  [60] Fiery Plate Gauntlets which starts when you pick up [Unfired Plate Gauntlets] in Blackrock Spire. You must be a blacksmith with a skill level of 275 to pick up the gauntlets. You will also get the plans for this item when you complete the quests.

Non-blacksmiths can have the Gauntlets crafted by blacksmiths with a skill level of 290 who also have the Armorsmith specialty.
