  This mount is one of three possible rewards from completing the quest  [90] Riding the Skies^ω τ ϖ. This quest becomes available after becoming Exalted with Order of the Cloud Serpent. You can also purchase this mount after completing the quest from San Redscale in The Jade Forest for 3000.
