This item was replaced by Flask of Blinding Light with patch 2.2. All recipes known were automatically converted into that recipe instead, and all existing Flasks of Arcane Fortification were turned into Flasks of Blinding Light. As a result, this item no longer exists at all.
Flask of Arcane Fortification is a consumable that increases the player's resistance to arcane spells by 35 and health regeneration by 20 every 5 seconds for 2 hrs.

Uses[]
Provides players with Arcane Protection and a large amount of Health Regeneration. Likely suitable for tanks where the mob deals Arcane Damage.
Tempest Keep on Heroic Mode: A large amount of Arcane Resist is needed by all melee members as well as can be useful for those non-melee types.
Arcane Resist is also useful to minimize the strain on the healers in some Karazhan fights.
