The recipe is a rare drop from Ras Frostwhisper in Scholomance. The recipe is also available from the Keepers of Time faction; characters must be exalted with that faction to use it.

Notes

• The effect cannot be dispelled.
• Lasts 1 hour and persists through death. Prior to Patch 3.1.0, the duration of flasks was 2 hours.
• Flasks are affected by Mixology.
• This item became outdated for endgame when the Burning Crusade expansion made Flask of Pure Death and Flask of Blinding Light available.
• This particular flask is required for the completion of  [60] Final Preparations, part of the third set of quests to upgrade to Dungeon Set 2.
